UPMC McKeesport Family Medicine Residency
UPMC McKeesport offers a 2 year training on HIV primary care embedded into its broad spectrum 3 year family medicine program. This training track is open to residents from all three UPMC FM residencies in the Pittsburgh area. The track is a mixture of integrated care in the community health centers and training at the Pittsburgh AIDS Center for Treatment (PACT) clinic, a Ryan White clinic based in the Division of Infectious Disease at UPMC serving over 1500 patient living with HIV. The track combines clinical experience, self directed learning, and monthly group didactic sessions reviewing core issues in the care of those living with HIV. Track residents also serve as peer educators, delivering didactics to their co-residents and presenting at conferences throughout the region.

Eligibility: The track is open to residents at UPMC McKeesport, Shadyside, and St Margaret Family Medicine residencies in their second year.
